Add JavaScript or Css to a page with Content Editor

In SharePoint Designer add a js or css file under: Site Assets Library. (put your js code in it)
Or in Browser Site Assets -> Library -> Open with Explorer.
Page -> Edit -> Insert
Select the Content Editor Click the Edit Web Part
Appearance set Chrome Type to None Apply and Ok
To add your code Click inside the box ->Edit Source
